Forever Framed specialises in personalised and custom-made artwork created from customer-supplied photographs and requests. By using our website and services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to provide any images submitted for artwork creation.
ORDERS
All orders placed through Forever Framed are subject to acceptance and availability.
Many of our products are custom-made and created specifically to customer requirements. Please carefully review all photographs, artwork requests, names, dates, colours, styles, framing options and other details before placing your order.
Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom artwork requests requiring additional consultation may be completed only through direct communication with Forever Framed.
CUSTOM ARTWORK
Forever Framed creates personalised artwork based on information and images provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Uploaded photographs are clear and suitable for artwork creation.

Instructions are accurate and complete.

Any spelling, names, dates and customisation details are correct.

They have permission to use any images submitted.
The final artwork will be created using the information supplied at the time of ordering.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping within New Zealand is included in the advertised price of all products.
Orders are typically delivered within:

2 to 10 business days for New Zealand deliveries.

Delivery times may vary between urban and rural locations.
International orders, including Australia, may incur additional shipping charges. Any additional costs will be discussed and confirmed directly with the customer before the order is processed.
Delivery timeframes outside New Zealand will be communicated directly with the buyer.
While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, Forever Framed is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All products sold by Forever Framed are custom-made and personalised to individual customer requirements.
